16th October 2023

●Jaguar Land Rover Taiwan announced that the MSRP of the Jaguar F-Type ZP Edition Coupe will start from NT$ 7,150,000, which will be offered with 2 choices of body colors - Oulton Blue Gloss and Crystal Grey Gloss, and it will be limited to just 6 units.

●Pan German Motor announced to cooperate with U-Power, which provides BMW BEV owners that chose the 2-year free-charging scheme can use their quotas of charging in U-Power ultra-fast charging stations.

●LiteOn announced that its American subsidiary - Power Innovations International Inc. had introduced the Level 3 DC fast-charging products and integrated solutions for BEVs.

●CMC revealed the all-new Zinger, and the trim levels and the starting MSRPs are the 5-seater “標緻型” (NT$ 719,000), the 5-seater “豪華型” (NT$ 775,000), the 5-seater “旗艦型” (NT$ 825,000), the 7-seater “標緻型” (NT$ 809,000), the 7-seater “豪華型” (NT$ 865,000), and the 7-seater “旗艦型” (NT$ 915,000).

●Mercedes-Benz Taiwan introduced the facelifted 2nd generation Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 4MATIC, and the MSRP starts from NT$ 5,020,000.

●Mercedes-Benz Taiwan introduced the facelifted Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4MATIC, and the MSRP starts from NT$ 11,460,000.

●Foxtron held the extraordinary shareholder conference that passed the capital increase to 25 billion NTD.

●Wang Kwo-tsai, the minister of MoTC, pointed out that the draft of the trial run program of hydrogen fuel-cell buses will be completed by the end of October.

●General Motors announced that activation of the assembly plants of electric pick-up trucks in the suburban of Detroit, USA will be postponed to 2025.

●Chang'an Automobile and Thailand Board of Investment signed an agreement that Chang'an Automobile will invest 8.8 billion THD to establish a manufacturing factory of new energy vehicles in Thailand.

●Yulon Nissan introduced the Nissan Kicks e-POWER that offers just one trim level, and the MSRP starts from NT$ 1,049,000.

●Pan German Motor began the reservation of the all-new 2nd generation BMW X2 that the deposit is NT$ 100,000.

●Foxconn held the HHTD23 that introduced the Model N electric commercial vehicle and the production-ready Model B.

●NHOA.TCC introduced the UHPC EnergyArk.

●Lorsdstown was approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to sell its assembly line of BEVs and batteries, commercial records, and intellectual properties to LAS Capital.

●Mazda Motor Taiwan introduced the MY2024 Mazda CX-3, and the trim levels and the starting MSRPs are the 20S Proactive Touring (NT$ 859,000) and the 20S Vivid Edition (NT$ 929,000).

●Cruise, a subsidiary of General Motors, cooperates with Honda to establish a joint-venture in H1 2024, scheduling to bring robotaxi service in Tokyo, Japan in the beginning of 2026.

●Foxconn held the beam-raising ceremony of its Kaohsiung battery center in Ho Fa Industrial Park that is scheduled to begin the production of LFP batteries form June 2024.
